MLD 4, LLC was established over half a century ago by its founder chairman, MR. T. L. Khawaja. Its hotel division now operates several hotels representing various international brands worldwide. It specializes in management of hotels (project management, development, stabilization and operations). The success and stable growth of MLD 4, LLC hingers upon its team which consists of seasoned professionals having a command on management strategies.

The site for the Staybridge Suites Orlando-SeaWorld is located just off Central Florida Parkway, approximately 0.5 miles west of SeaWorld Park entrance. This choice of location with tremendous visibility puts the proposed hotel at an advantage to competing hotels in the area and is likely to have a very positive effect on generating extra demand for hte proposed hotel.

USEDLC approved and funded the loan for Staybridge Suites in June, 2015.
