City Market at O Street is a mixed-use development located one block from the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in the heart of downtown Washington, D.C. Phase 1 consists of a two-story underground parking garage, a Giant Foodstore supermarket, two residential towers, a hotel pad, and supporting retail along the new 8th Street NW.

Project Timeline

City Market is a 2-phase project (Group 1 & Group 2). The timeline below includes the opening of both phases.

Group 1:
Giant Supermarket: November 2013
Residential A: Phased openings began December 2013
Residential B: Phased openings began May 2014
8th Street Retail: Phased openings began May 2014

Group 2:
Cambria Suites Hotel: May 2014
Senior Housing: May 2014
Residential C: Summer 2015 (Estimated)
