Phase 1 consists of a two-story underground parking garage, a Giant Foodstore supermarket, two residential towers, a hotel pad, and supporting retail along the new 8th Street NW.

Project Timeline

City Market is a 2-phase project (Group 1 & Group 2). The timeline below includes the opening of both phases.

Residential A: Phased openings began December 2013
Residential B: Phased openings began May 2014
