Yoo on the Park (or the "Project") was the first of three assets within Atlantic American Fortune Fund I, LP (AAFF I), which is now closed to new investors. Yoo on the Park is a 25-story high-rise apartment building situated in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, adjacent to Piedmont Park and the Midtown Mile. The Project features 245 multifamily residential units and an extensive list of amenities and first-rate finishes indicative of a resort-style, Class A apartment complex. Highlighting some of the community amenities, the Project offers a grand lobby with 24-hour concierge services and a chic resident coffee lounge. Residents also enjoy a state-of-the-art, 24-hour exercise facility and expansive clubroom that features billiards, lounge area and entertainment bar. Taking advantage of Atlanta’s renowned warm climate, the Project’s community terraces offer an outdoor kitchen & grilling area as well as a saltwater pool, and for the mild spring and fall evenings, residents can take advantage of the cozy outdoor fireplace.
The Project has partnered with internationally acclaimed Yoo Design Studios to design and brand Yoo on the Park. The Project was centered around the development of vacant land, situated on 0.85 acres located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, at 207 13th Street, providing breathtaking views of downtown Atlanta, as well as Piedmont Park.
