Senior Premier Living, LP and Senior Premier Living, LLC are Florida limited liability companies and partnerships that intend to construct a total of seventy (70) residential units on Resort property in Hamilton County, Florida, and to offer accommodations for an active 55+ adult independent care
community. Senior Premier Living (The Project) is “shovel-ready” with all the permits and approvals in place and requires only the infusion of twenty (20) EB-5 investors to complete it. To date, the Company has completed ten (10) one (1) bedroom units and five (5) additional units are currently under
construction. The structure of the investment and the operations of the Company are specifically designed to facilitate the obtainment of the EB-5 entrepreneur visa at minimum risk.
