Project Description

Ameri-Link Capital, LLC is seeking 90 investors and will involve the investment through a loan for the construction of the Vantage Medical Center complex, which will include construction of the Hospital Building and the Physician’s Office Building, as well as costs for capital goods and industry equipment.
 
The Vantage Medical Center is a proposed 90-bed acute care hospital facility in the rapidly expanding South Texas Rio Grande Valley region of Texas. The Vantage Medical Center proposes to serve an underserved and yet densely populated area of Texas, and target a geographic population that hosts a high demand for new healthcare services, which includes residents both in Texas, and in the surrounding bordering regions of Mexico. This area continues to be the fastest growing area in Texas for the last three years. Market study evaluating the need, absorption, patient utilization and physician participation was verified through two independent market studies and financial analysis.
 
The Vantage Medical Center will be owned by a division of the City of Pharr (in Hidalgo County) through a Public Facilities Corporation. In addition, the Hospital will be operated by a group of highly experienced and successful hospital administrators.
