AAOF III - Prospect Park
Prospect Park is a modern mixed-use, multi-family development that provides an urban connection to downtown Clearwater. Located adjacent to a city-owned park and lake, the Project will include five residential buildings that will come together to create a plaza with retail, entertainment and outdoor activities, and offer residents sunlight, fresh air and views of the park and the life on the street. The outdoor spaces are designed to provide community areas that are consistent with the vision of the existing community and the anticipated needs of new residents.
In total, Prospect Park will entail 247 residential units (166 1-bedroom units and 81 2-bedroom units); of which 8 will be live/work units that will incorporate adjoining retail space directly below the residential space. The Project will also include 15,000 square feet of ground floor neighborhood retail/commercial space and 23,000 square feet of amenity/common area space, supporting the residential units. Amenities will include a clubhouse, resort style pool, garden, BBQ pavilion, fitness center, dog park and amphitheater, as well as extensive park / garden space.
