Project Description

Group 22 will be CMB’s fourth EB-5 investment partnership in the state of Texas. Griffin Capital Corporation has authorized CMB Export to raise $16.5 million for the Group 220 project. The Group 22 project will include the vertical construction of a 5-story residential tower with 267 apartments, ranging from efficiency units to 2 bedroom units, and a 6-story central parking structure that has the capacity to accommodate 410 cars, an average rate of 1.5 cars per unit.
