Project Description

The 20/21 West End Group 30 project is a dense, urban, upscale mixed-use development, centrally located within the vibrant, diverse Vanderbilt University/Midtown/West End submarket in Nashville, Tennessee. The 17-story project will include 350 upscale apartments consisting of one, two and three bedroom units, a 172 room, select service hotel, 39,000 square feet of Class A street level retail and restaurant space and a 610 space structured parking garage to serve residents, hotel guests and the public.
