Founded by an EB-5 industry economist, Florida First Regional Center (FFRC) is built on integrity, experience, transparency and sound investment criteria.  We either sponsor or invest in qualified projects on behalf of alien entrepreneurs seeking residency in the U.S., and hand select each project in search of quality investment opportunities through partners with a proven track record of success and projects having significant job buffers.

Our platform allows us to sponsor or deploy investment capital across a wide economically linked region in multiple asset classes through conservative investments that create excess jobs and have a high likelihood of payback to investors in 5 to 7 years. 

We have been actively involved with the EB-5 program since 2008. Dr. Barnhart has published articles about the EB-5 program and is regarded as an industry expert active on the EB-5 speaking circuit and widely recognized at industry events. 

We believe in the strength and growth potential of Florida's core and secondary urban markets over the next several decades, and have positioned FFRC to capitalize on growing trends in America's rapid urbanization and strengthening of its central business districts.
