Rural Economic Development Center, LLC, formerly known as 1900 Gulf Street Partners Regional Center, LLC, is a U.S. government approved regional center entity that pools investments for an approved enterprise under the EB-5 program comprised of counties in Missouri and Kansas.

What is REDC?
Rural Economic Development Center (“REDC”) is a USCIS-approved Regional Center. REDC is recognized as a designated participant in the EB-5 Program, and is uniquely equipped to help guide you and your family through the investment-based immigration process from start to successful finish.

REDC is located in the Midwestern region of the United States. The Regional Center boasts global reach, and is committed to long-term success for both its projects and foreign immigrant investors. REDC meets the purpose of the EB-5 Program Regional Center by serving as a tool that promotes the immigration of individuals who can help create jobs for U.S. workers through their investment of capital in the U.S. economy. The Regional Center’s experienced management team understands the nuances of the EB-5 program, and strives to meet the goals of all parties involved in the process.

Regional Center History
1900 Gulf Street Partners Regional Center was founded in 2011 . An application has been submitted for approval by USCIS to change the name to Rural Economic Development Center
