About Steve Shpilsky
Mr. Shpilsky is the founder of Hollywood Film Capital EB-5 Regional Center and is the co-founder of California Real Estate Regional Center (CaRE). Mr. Shpilsky spent 7 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in San Jose, San Francisco and Moscow, Russia as a Sr. Manager in their Advisory group. While at PwC, Mr. Shpilsky helped clients save millions of dollars in complex cross boarder matters. Mr. Shpilsky went on to manage a €100 million real estate fund in Eastern Europe. Most recently, Mr. Shpilsky formed Shpilsky Capital Management LLC (SCM) to advise a Russian family office on the acquisition of 4.6 million sqft of US commercial office buildings valued at over $660 million. SCM has also advised several clients on establishing Regional Centers.
Mr. Shpilsky currently sits on the Advisory Board of www.Bay.ru, one of Russia’s fastest growing e-commerce sites. He is also on the Steering Committee of the Milken Institute’s Young Leaders Circle. Mr. Shpilsky has a BS in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Southern California (Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
