168 America Regional Center, hereafter referred to as “168 ARC,” is approved as a regional economic projects center by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services or foreign investors who apply for U.S. Immigrant Investor Green Card (EB-5). As a California Limited Liability Company, we established for the purpose of helping our clients engaging in development opportunities through the financing, acquiring and or managing of real estate properties throughout the state of California. 168 America Regional Center covering most areas of Southern California, including Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County. In the future, 168 ARC will focus generally on building construction,traveller accommodations, restaurants and food service, durable wholesale establishment, warehousing and other vital projects that will help stimulate job and business growth in different counties in California.
