The Hollywood Regional Center is dedicated to helping foreign investors become U.S. residents through the EB-5 visa program.

By maintaining a portfolio of EB-5 qualifying investment projects in one of Southern California’s most vibrant areas for economic development, we connect project sponsors and business owners with new sources of capital and guide investors through the EB-5 process.

The Hollywood Regional Center was established to connect foreign Investors with investment opportunities in qualified and growing American companies. Our focus is on being a good steward of the trust that foreign investors and project sponsors have placed in us.

Our Role: A Tireless Advocate for Our Partners

In the truest sense, we are a partner to the foreign investors and companies that participate in the EB-5 program. We are an active intermediary in the EB-5 process, working at the intersection between the investor and the sponsor company.

We work closely with foreign investors and their advisors to facilitate investments projects that meet the qualifications of the EB-5 program. We also work with sponsor companies to help them gain access to capital from foreign investors.

Our goal is to represent the highest quality investment opportunities and establish the utmost degree of accountability, compliance, and transparency throughout the investment process.

We use extensive due diligence to identify financially strong investment opportunities that meet the needs of EB-5 investors. Through our team of attorneys, financial advisors, and business analysts, we carefully screen each project to ensure that it will deliver the job creation needed for a foreign investor’s successful I-829 (removal of conditions) application.
