Alliance Regional Center (ARC) is being developed by Oasis Growth Partners, L.L.C., which will also serve as its General Partner. ARC is dedicated to the development of land that is in the path of growth of a city or its sphere of influence . The focus of investment activities will be in the areas of Hospitality , Retail Centers, Commercial and Professional Office Buildings, and Dining Establishments. The current ARC project (ARC Limited Partnership I) is the development of a real estate site in Imperial City , Imperial County, CA, consisting of a Holiday Inn Hotel and two restaurants.
