Puma Area regional center is certified as high unemployment areas which keeps the minimum investment to $500,000.

We have an active resale facility. Investors may sell at anytime. Unlike most Regional Centers which require a minimum of five or six years, our EB-5 applicants may sell as soon as Conditions have been removed, usually a little 3.5 to 4 years. Should an investor decide not to emigrate, he/she may sell at any time. However, it should be noted that if the project is still in its construction phase, a sale will be more difficult.
