The California Global Alliance, LLC (CGARC), is a USCIS approved EB-5 regional center authorized to offer EB-5 investment opportunities that qualify foreigners for United States permanent residency.

CGARC and its affiliates have a long history of working closely with officials at all levels of government. This experience is represented by the successful construction of numerous public facilities, the development of multiple real estate projects, and the creation and management of some of the largest retail employers in our communities.

The process to attain EB-5 regional center status started long before when the CGA founder committed to understanding the USCIS Investor Visa Pilot Program and applying for regional center status.
