Invest Atlanta Regional Center (“IARC”) is a true public-private partnership with the official economic development authority for the City of Atlanta (known as “Invest Atlanta”). Unlike many EB-5 Regional Centers that promote a connection to a city or state, IARC is actually affiliated with the City of Atlanta (through Invest Atlanta) and the relationship is strategically and contractually bound.
IARC is pending USCIS approval by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”) as an approved EB-5 regional center. Upon approval,
IARC will be authorized to offer Investor Visas / Green Cards through the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program by directing foreign investor capital into commercial real estate development and other qualified projects in the Greater Atlanta Metropolitan Area.
