Project Description

A remarkable glass and metal façade will highlight the sleek architecture of the mixed use Project that will facilitate retail, residential and community space. All 379 luxury residential units will feature high-end finishes including open stainless steel kitchens with custom cabinetry, high-end appliances and stone countertops.

Each unit will have individually controlled heating and air-conditioning units, a washer and dryer, solid-core wood doors, architectural chrome hardware, custom millwork and solid strip oak floors.
