Project Description

DMP2  will  invest  in  a  ground-up  construction  development.   The  property  is  in  the process  of  subdivision  and  entitlement.  The  Project is part  of  the  a  200-acre  masterplanned commercial development by the City of Delano. The Project consists of 313,806 square feet of commercial retail, enertainment, restaurant, and office spaces. The  realization  of  Delano  Marketplace  II  will  make  it  the  first  mixed-use  lifestyle 
shopping center in the City of Delano. It will bring a new sense of pride and many jobcreating enterprises to the area. DMP2 is the same entity that was referred as “LP 10” in the approved Overall Business Plan  and  Economic  Impact  Analysis  Report  contained  in  the  approved  YK  America 
Regional Center proposal. The planned square footage for DMP2’s development has been slightly modified from the original conceptual design to the most recent design plans. The slight  modification  in  square  footage  does  not  affect  DMP2’s  business  nature  or  its objectives  other  than  to further  them.   Changes  in  projected  operational  job  creation counts  are  accounted  for  by  applying  the  same  job  count  formula  and methodology contained  in  YK  America  Regional  Center’s  approved  proposal
