Project Description

As part of continuing efforts to invest in and revitalize the H Street Corridor, WestMill purchased two lots at 1351 H Street NE, a 5,300 square foot 2-story property on the same block as Rock N Roll Hotel and the Atlas Theater.

The building is currently leased to Maketto, as creative collaboration between the chef of Toki Underground and DURKL to bring a curated fashion and culinary boutique to H Street.
