Project Description
The Summit at Rivery Park development covers a total area of 32 acres. It is located in Georgetown, Texas, just 15 minutes north of Austin, the Texas capital city.
In addition to having a number of high end boutique stores, five restaurants, medical offices, and 117 single family town homes, the Summit at Rivery Park will be anchored by the full-service four-star Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center which will have 225 guest rooms. This hotel and conference center along with a parking garage will be completed during the project's second phase.
The first phase of the project is under construction. It includes the development of 117 single family town homes. Construction began on the luxury town homes in May 2012, and four have been completed, with the new model home officially opened in October 2012.
In the second phase of the project, the Summit at Rivery Park Hotel and Conference Center will feature a ballroom and 35,588 square foot conference center. With sustained economic growth in the region along with the experienced development team and strong government support, this project is poised for success.
