Mercer Crossing is a 1,200 acre assembly of properties at the demographic center of the Dallas – Fort Worth Metroplex, the 4th largest metropolitan area in the US. Surrounded by LBJ Freeway (I-635), Stemmons Freeway (I-35E) and the President George Bush Turnpike, along the next leg of the DART light rail, and nestled next to the future Frisco to Irving commuter rail, Mercer Crossing is at the hub of the best transportation system in the region. Mercer Crossing is a quick five miles from DFW Airport (DFW) and Love Field (DAL), and only six miles from Addison Airport (the 2nd busiest private airport in the US).
