The project will be developed by Point Ruston Phase II, LLC which will purchase the property ready for development from Point Ruston, LLC an affiliate and the owner of the master development. In total, the Development will provide housing for more than 3,000 residents with approximately 2,500,000 total square feet of mixeduse real estate. AURC III, LLC will invest in Phase II of the Project, being referred to as The Waterwalk at Point Ruston, which includes an approximately 1,100,000 square foot commercial real estate development consisting of approximately 218 multi-family units, a multiplex movie theater, retail shops, restaurants, grocery store, a 175 room 4-star luxury hotel with 12,000 square feet of conference facilities, and 1,414 structured parking spaces. The tenant mix will anchor the development and serve the residents and local population’s entertainment and daily needs, as well as be a destination attracting people across the region.
