Project Description

EB-5 Capital – Job Fund 4 is using EB-5 Capital of up to $15 million to the Borrower to provide funding for the purpose of constructing and owning 85,000 square foot retail space including a Giant grocery store, 400 residential units and 500 parking spaces. As the project is amended from time to time, and constructing and owning or selling air rights to permit the construction of 181-room hotel, 84 senior housing units and 141 residential apartments.

Primary Capital acted as the Syndicate Member for the EB-5 offering.
