Project Description

IDEA Public Schools is a growing network of tuition-free K-12 public charter schools serving more than 20,000 students in 36 schools throughout the State of Texas. Their model is to build public schools using revenue bonds as their upfront funding vehicle. IDEA Public Schools is responsible for providing $66,600,000 in bonds for the IDEA EB-5 Bonds Project.

IDEA EB-5 Bonds, LP (“Company”) was formed for the purpose of raising capital through the EB-5 Program, and used the proceeds of this offering to purchase bonds issued by the Clifton Higher Education Finance Corporation – IDEA Public Schools to partially finance the development and construction of some components of the IDEA EB-5 Bonds Project.
