Holiday Inn Express & Suites SeaWorld (or the "Project") is the fourth of four assets within Atlantic American Opportunities Fund IV, LP (AAOF IV), which is now closed to new investors. 

Located in the heart of the International Drive Area, the new Holiday Inn Express & Suites hotel provides visitors to the Orlando area with a blend of coastal design and luxurious comfort near world-class attractions, entertainment, dining and shopping fun for the entire family!  Our new hotel boasts ideal proximity to dynamic attractions including SeaWorld®, Aquatica® Orlando and is just minutes to Orange County Convention Center, Walt Disney World® and Universal Studios®.

Our six-story, 181-room hotel along I-Drive is proud to offer spacious suites featuring separate living and sleeping space, sofa bed with chaise lounge, wet bar, microwave, refrigerator and a large 50" flat panel television.  With a great night’s sleep, a Keurig® Brewer in every room, and a hot, powerful shower, we’ve got everything you need to get out there rested, refreshed and ready for anything.  Thoughtful amenities include FREE Express Start™ Breakfast Bar, while keeping your favorite buffet-style classics, complimentary high-speed internet access, outdoor resort style pool, 24/7 fitness center, on-site business center, FREE shuttle service and much more.  We proudly offer 1,740 sq. ft. of total meeting space.  With flexible setups, our Orlando meeting rooms are designed to comfortably accommodate both professional events and social gatherings.
