Project Description
The Hyatt Place - Santa Cruz is a new development project located in the heart of Santa Cruz, CA. It is owned by California Coastal Resorts, LLC, a limited liability company compromised of a father/daughter team of Many Soma and Tejal Sood. The Santa Cruz local tourism industry is experiencing what can be termed a growing and steady recovery in visitation and spending.
The Hyatt Place will feature an array of services for business travelers and family needs on a moment's notice. Guests will enjoy the Bakery Cafe, with a coffee and wine bar, a guest kitchen with fresh snacks and entrees and a daily complimentary hot breakfast.
USEDLC approved and funded the loan for the Hyatt Place in September 2014.
