SB Hotels, LLC dba La Quinta Inns and Suites, located in Tumwater, Washington, is owned and operated by Satpal and Bhupinder Sohal, a husband and wife team of hospitality industry veterans with more than thirty years of hotel management experience between them. SB Hotels, LLC currently owns the subject property and will use the funds to construct and operate an 80 room La Quinta hotel.
The facility will feature 80 guest rooms, a breakfast and reception room, a divisible meeting room, a fitness room, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a business center, a retail shop, and a guest laundry facility.
USEDLC approved and funded the loan for La Quinta Inns & Suites at Tumwwater, WA in August 2014.
