SAAJ LLC and SAAJ Urban Renewal LLC has selected Holiday Inn Express, a franchise brand of InterContinental Hotel group. Families and business travelers to the Bordentown area will apppreciate the International name recognition of the hotel and its affiliation with Priority Club Rewards loyalty program, with more than 48 million members. The hotel will feature a Business Center, 100-person meeting Room, 12-person board Room, Guest laundry, Fitness Center, and an outdoor swimming pool. The site is also approved for a 7,200 square foot restaurant pad-site which will be marketed to a national franchise in the likes of Applebee's and TGIF.

USEDLC approved and funded this loan in September 2014.

Project Timeline

The hotel is expected to open in early 2016.
