Merced Hospitality. Inc. dba Lexington Hotel Scotts Valley is a part of the highly esteemed Lexington by Vantage luxury hotel franchise located in Scotss Valley, California. Merced Hospitality, Inc. is owned and operated by Anatol Shliapnikoff, a hospitality industry expert with more than forty years of experience successfully building and managing a wide selection of hotels.

Merced Hospitality. Inc. will use the funds to construct and operate a full- service 128-room hotel, with a breakfast dining area, an exterior courtyard, 1,400 square feet of meeting rooms, a pool, a whirlpool, and other ancillary facilities.

USEDLC approved and funded the loan for Lexington Hotel Scotts Valley in September 2014.
