The Lodge at Columbia Point

Developer Name
Escape lodging, Naito Development

Project Description

The Lodge at Columbia Point will be an 82-room, upscale, riverfront hotel in Richland, Washington. Designed by renowed hospitality architect Ed Abbott, the hotel will feature massive rough-hewn beams and floor-to-ceiling picture windows to fully capture the beauty of its pictursque riverfront settings. The area has strong, unmet demand for a high-end boutique property, and the hotel will attract new guests that may have previously overlooked the Tri-Cities due to the lack of upscale lodgig amenties.

The proposed development team is a partnership between Escape lodging and Naito Development.

USEDLC approved and funded the loan for The Lodge at Columbia Point in August 2015.
