Project Description
Envision Cinemas Bar & Grille's business goal is to introduce a unique multi-screen theatre and casual dining venue to the Cincinnati market and the Midwest at large. Similar concepts exist throughout the nation but nothing quite like Envision has been developed, and for that reason it is believed the potential for national expansion is outstanding.
Cornell Road Investors, LLc will be responsible for the construction and operation of the property. The property will consist of 7 theatres and one large open dining space measuring 4,250 square feet.
Envision Cinemas, an entertainment center with a 350-seat dining room, bar, patio and private party room.
The theater is planned to have 500 motorized recliners spread out over seven auditoriums, featuring new films and special events.
Seats in the auditorium will include call buttons so guests can order full food and beverage offerings before and during a movie.
USEDLC approved and funded the loan for Envision Cinemas Bar & Grille in April 2015.
