Project Description
Civitas Tradition Fund, LP is developed to construct 202 independent living apartments, 86 assisted living apartments and a 24-bed memory care component in a four-story building. The Project will contain an underground parking garage with 252 spaces. This Project will be located east of the Park Cities neighborhood of Dallas, approximately 4 miles north of the Central Business District. The Project will be located within two miles of multiple hospitals, shopping and various other amenities.
