The Gates Vascular Institute (“GVI”) is a $173 million, state-of-the-art medical facility on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus near downtown Buffalo, New York. The GVI boasts a combination of the finest researchers, surgeons, physicians, and other clinicians devoted to the study, treatment and prevention of cardiac, stroke and vascular diseases and celebrated its grand opening in May of 2012. To date, all I-526 petitions and I-829 petitions have been approved and EB-5 investors are being repaid their $500,000 investment.
