Project Description

In February of 2013, Mainsail announced plans to convert 240 of the one- and two-bedroom suites at the 360-room Mainsail Suites Hotel & Conference into long-term residential units, known as Mainsail Apartment Homes. The newly created complex also offers furnished temporary corporate housing through ExecuStay®. The remaining 120 suites continue to function as hotel inventory, along with the existing 17,000-square-foot special events center.
As part of the conversion, a $1.5 million renovation included interior upgrades to all apartments and suites, as well as the clubhouse and lobby. The centrally located Mainsail Apartment Homes offer spacious apartment living with the amenities of a full-service hotel, including heated pool and hot tub, fitness center, convenience store, clubhouse restaurant and more. Additional services and amenities available include housekeeping, room service, dry cleaning and valet service.
