Project Description

NYIF Remsen is a new construction project consisting of
a 19-story mixed-use residential and commercial building
in a prime real estate location in Brooklyn Heights, New
York. Two existing buildings will be demolished to develop
62,697 square feet (SF) of 60 residential units, 5,180 SF of
retail space on the ground floor, and 23,117 SF of lobby and
amenities encompassing gross building area of 90,994 SF
(“Project”). All residential units will be rented out upon the
completion of the construction and the retail space will be
