Project Description
NYIF IRONSTATE NAVY PIER, LLC (“INP”), a New York limited liability company, has been formed to facilitate the development of a project with sponsors from the New York Immigration Fund Regional Center (“NYIF”). INP intends to provide preferred equity financing to be used for financing to develop and transform 3.94 acres of a decommissioned U.S. Naval Base into a 512,505 Square Feet (“SF”) mixed-use residential and retail complex with a parking garage in New York City. The Project is owned by an affiliate of Ironstate Development.
