Proper Hotel 

Our current project available for subscription is Proper Hotel, a luxury boutique hotel located in downtown Los Angeles, California. The developer for this project is The Kor Group, a leading development firm most well-known for creating the Viceroy Hotels. If you follow the link to Kor's newly launched website for Proper Hotel, you can view a brief video (about 1 minute long) that introduces the Proper Hotels brand. The Wall Street Journal recently published an article discussing the rising popularity of this type of luxury boutique hotel -- also called "Lifestyle Hotels" -- among the top developers and hotel operators in the real estate industry. In fact, the CEO and founder of Kor Group, Brad Korzen, is mentioned in the article as a veteran of the lifestyle hotel industry, and Proper Hotels is used as an example of the rising trend in boutique hotels. The Proper Hotel project has 50 total investors, and the investment amount is $500,000 per investor. Since the project opened for subscription, 30 investors have already subscribed, and 24 investors have already filed their I-526 petitions with USCIS. As of today, there are 20 slots available for subscription.
