GSC Restaurant Chain Project
Project Description
Gold Star Chili (GSC) restaurant chain EB-5 program, developed by GSC Group, will develop four chain restaurants in the group headquarters in Cincinnati within 300 km radius of the center, the size of each restaurant is expected to 200-250 meters . A total of four GSC project investor plans to create at least 52 jobs per investor conservative calculation can create 13 jobs. GSC Group and EB-5 investors jointly funded $ 3 million for real estate purchases and initial operating expenses of four restaurants, three years to repay the principal amount of EB-5 investment.
