Project Description
GSC restaurant chain II project, will continue to develop 10 chain restaurants within 300 kilometers of the center of the group headquarters in Cincinnati, the radius of the expected size of each restaurant 200-250 square meters. GSC restaurant chain two projects a total investment of 10 who plans to create at least 130 direct jobs per investor conservative calculation can create 13 direct jobs. GSC Group, along with the EB-5 investors will jointly invested $ 7.5 million for real estate purchases and initial operating expenses of the 10 restaurants, three years after the repayment of the principal amount of EB-5 investment.
