COLORADO AT LAKE PHASE I


Project Description

Colorado at Lake is a mixed-use commercial center which is located at the corner of E. Colorado Blvd. and Lake Avenue in Pasadena, California. This development will consist of an upscale boutique hotel, restaurants, retail space, and parking garage. The Project will be undertaken in two phases. Phase I will include the renovation and conversion of a 136-room hotel, over 20,000 square feet of historic retail and rooftop restaurant/bar space, and a parking garage with 125 spaces. The project is partially opened now. The hotel part was completed by July 2014 and had soft opening on September 2014. The retail space and parking garage are still under construction and will be completed by year 2015. The project is under construction now. The hotel part is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2013 while the retail space and parking garage will be completed by the second quarter of the year 2014.
