Project Description
500 Ocean (or the "Project) is a planned multifamily community to be located in Boynton Beach. The Project will have 341 residential units as well as 13,000 SF of retail space and 6,000 SF of office space. In addition, the Project will have a 664 space integrated parking garage. The Project will also include additional surface parking for the retail and office space. The residential community will feature a mix of one, two, and three bedroom units with an average size of 1,019 SF.
The Project will be a single, six story building with elevator access that will be connected to the parking garage. The Project will feature high-end amenities, such as an elaborate clubhouse, fitness center, club room, theater room, cyber café/game room, lounge, two courtyards complete with lush landscaping, and an expansive pool. The residences at the Project will feature high-end features and finishes, including open floor plans, designer kitchens, granite countertops, nine foot ceilings, walk in closets, and many others.
Project Timeline
The Sponsors intend to break ground in April of 2015.
