The Eastern Mirage development will be situated at the eastern side of Union Street, between Sanford Avenue and Franklin Avenue, on the parcel at 42-31 Union Street located in the downtown Flushing area of Queens County, New York. Main Street Subway Station is only 2,000 feet northwesterly, Van Wyck Expressway (I-687) is 0.9 mile westerly. Long Island Expressway (I-495) is 1.2 miles southerly.
