Project Description
CMB anticipates a partnership EB-5 investment loan to a Hillwood Development Company affiliate to assist in funding the development and construction of an industrial warehouse/logistics facility in Pennsylvania. In total, the facility will provide approximately 1.2 million sq.feet of class-A industrial space . This will mark CMB's second EB-5 investment opportunity with Hillwood in the state of Pennsylvania.
