EVERETT STREET PROJECT


Project Description

 A music recording and arts studio project located in 52 Everett Street, Allston, Massachusetts. The project was  $2.5 Million project, with $1 Million of EB-5 funding contributed by an individual investor. The economic analysis performed by Wright Johnson predicts the project will create over 80 new jobs. The studio is filling a large gap in the local music industry, and has finalized more than 20 leases within the first 30 days of opening. 


UPDATE 10/17/2012: 46 Leases have been signed in 3 months! We're 2 months ahead of our leasing schedule. With the increased demand for space, Phase II is well underway!
