Project Description
PDQ Fund I, LLC will be loaning EB-5 funds for the construction and operation of around 12 PDQ Restaurants in the Carolinas. The number of jobs created is conservatively estimated at 672 jobs for the entire project, which creates a better than 10% jobs buffer for investors.
The loans will hold a first lien on the land and real estate of each restaurant that will be opened.
