The Water Pointe project will be developed on a 4.21-acre site located at 1222 S U.S. Highway One, Jupiter, FL 33477. Water Point is a $22,500,000 project that will feature 30 golf villas, 4,000 sq. ft. retail space, 4,000 sq. ft. office,and 4,000 sq. ft. restaurant space, all along the prestigious Jupiter Riverwalk. The site is situated directly on the Jupiter Riverwalk, a prestigious, quasi-public/private venture that has been fully endorsed and financially supported by the Town of Jupiter. The Riverwalk is located at one of the most traveled intersections in Jupiter, enabling great signage, visibility and ease of access.
