Project Description

VM Fund Phase II will create 118 luxury suites within Raffles Hotel tower, located next to the residential tower created during Phase I. In addition to the hotel accommodations, Phase II will include the development of 26,000 square feet of high-end retail space on the first floor and 371 parking spots. The Hotel will be managed by Raffles, a worldwide brand known for classic luxury. Raffles is known to be particular about choosing developers, searching for only the best, most respected and highest quality results. VM Fund will be the first Raffles hotel in North America.

Phase II of VM Fund also includes the 18-hole golf course, to be renovated by Jack Nicklaus Design Company. Mr. Nicklaus will design the golf course himself, which will increase the value of the project exponentially. The golf course will be available exclusively for the hotel guests and residents.
