Project Description

The Company will focus on developing a corporate headquarters to manage an enterprise to enable the design, production, transportation, bundling, and sale of cold-formed steel components used to create high-quality, low-cost housing (the focus of this Confidential Business Review). The Company believes the timing is right to leverage the Company’s knowledge, the skills and experience of its management team, and its access to capital through the EB-5 Program, in order to develop the Project at a profit. 
 
The Company’s experienced management staff will bring together all aspects of design, production, and distribution necessary to achieve its goals. The Company has devised a system using specifically-designed cold-formed steel beams of exact specifications, which are produced and bundled in a manner that will allow them to be formed together into frameworks for housingthat is low cost, yet high in strength and resistant to environmental factors, corrosion, and even natural disasters. 
 
In addition to designing the steel tubing system and architecture involved in building steel-frame houses, and performing full land planning services for our clients, Highland’s executive officers will arrange for the production, bundling, sale, and transportation of these bundled steel beams to customers. Highland’s in-house team of engineers and architects will design and oversee the production of the raw materials to Highland’s exacting specifications, while Highland’s global network of sales personnel will sell these pre-fabricated bundled materials to customers all over the world. The net result will be the creation of U.S. jobs, as well as increases in U.S. exports. 
 
Of course, the EB-5 program’s primary focus is job creation. Highland Global Phase I, LP is excited to be an important factor in investing in the creation of new jobs. The project described herein will provide a beneficial impact to the community, provide jobs, and provide a boost to the local and national economies.
