COPsync is a public company (OTCQB:COYN) founded by law enforcement professionals to address issues that continue to plague United States law enforcement including a lack of real-time critical information sharing among officers and agencies, and the inability of officers and agencies to communicate among themselves and across jurisdictional boundaries in real-time.
 The COPsync Network is designed for schools, government buildings, banks and other high-risk targets and is the only network in the U.S. whose primary objective is to connect all U.S. law enforcement officers on a common communication platform to communicate in real time across agency boundaries in real-time.
 The Company’s recently introduced COPsync911 threat alert service is the only threat alert service of its kind in the U.S. that enables school personnel to instantaneously communicate with local law enforcement and directly to the local 911 dispatch center.

The Ameri‐Link Capital Regional Center is sponsoring a capital investment project to invest in the operations of a new COPsync facility in Pharr, Texas. COPsync will use the EB-5 funds to hire new customer support staff, invest in software development, and pay for other start-up costs associated with the new location. COPsync plans to hire approximately 25 new customer support personnel for the Pharr location within the next 24 months to provide 24/7/365 support. COPsync will also hire approximately 5 software developers for the Pharr office.

 Total employment will be 30 new employees at the Pharr location. The average wage per job is $42,214
